Totteridge Social Club on Totteridge Drive is to be given a new lease of life after a public meeting last Saturday showed there was overwelming support for the hall to be refurbished. After the meeting 57 new members joined the club which has struggled in recent years to attract people to events and to get involved. As a result of the meeting it is hoped that a new committee will be formed to oversee essential repairs, plan new activities and eventually rebuild the premises in the longer term.
